You have several options when it comes to viewing student-level assessment data:
See student-level data in the Amira Teacher Portal,
Access student-level assessment data in a spreadsheet format, or
Visualize trends across grades, classes, and schools via the District Dashboards
Option 1: See student-level data in the Amira Teacher Portal
To view different reports and student/class-level insights in the Amira Teacher Reports:
Get an Ed teacher role. Add this role to the classes you want to see.
Log into HMH Ed with your teacher username. Click Discover and then launch Amira.
Browse the reports collection to learn more about each report.

Option 2: Access student-level assessment data in a spreadsheet format
There are two ways you can access student-level assessment data in a spreadsheet format. You can either visit your Dropbox folder or export a limited CSV from the Admin Portal.

To download data via Dropbox:
Go to your Dropbox folder to access the (BOY/MOY/EOY)DATA file.
To export a CSV of each student's most recent Benchmark and Dyslexia Screener assessment data via the Admin Portal:

❗Note: This file may contain duplicates that need to be "cleaned."
Thes files will include the most recent Benchmark and Dyslexia Screener data points for each student. The file refreshes weekly (typically Sunday nights) and historical files are archived within the Dropbox folder.

Option 3: Visualize trends across grades, classes, and schools
Instructional leaders will also want to use the dashboard to monitor growth from one testing window to the next, see weekly usage data, and analyze trends across the various metrics in the software. You can also see the impact of Amira Practice on your students' fluency growth.

How to get access to the Admin Portal, Dropbox and Dashboards:
Submit an Amira Admin credentials request
There are two levels of Amira Admin access: District Level and School Level. School Level access may only be granted to a single school within the district.
Once you submit a request for Amira Admin login credentials, you will receive access to your Dropbox folder within about 7 days.
Visit www.amiratutor.com and log in with your Amira Admin credentials.
