Clearing Cache and History
As students use their devices for everyday activities, each website adds thousands of files for each page from things such as images and pictures, advertisements, tracking data called 'cookies', and from the content of the page itself. All of this data may cause issues with how Amira works and "hears" students.
Clearing the browser cache and cookies may often resolve issues and odd behaviors. We recommend this as a first step in troubleshooting issues with Amira "not hearing" students.

Enable Private Browsing
Using a private tab within your browser can prevent users from saving their credentials. This is great if students or staff are using shared devices.
