Live Chat provides you with the opportunity for real-time conversations while navigating within Amira. The Chat feature helps teachers, families, and administrators when needing assistance. The Amira team is always ready to guide you through any situation.

Using Chat is quick and convenient. We look forward to chatting with you Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

To get started with Chat:

  1. Log in to your Amira account

  2. Click the blue Chat button on the bottom right of the page

3. Click on Chat with Us

Provide your district or school name, device type, browser type, and a student username, if applicable.

Ticket Submittal

You can send a message to us at any time by emailing support@amiralearning.com. Please keep in mind that the Support Team will respond to tickets Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. ET.

Rostering Support

We are here to support your school or district as you begin using HMH Ed and Amira together. You can access the Teacher Support area inside HMH Ed or:
